The time is almost here for Strictly to hit our TV screens again - and we're SO excited.
And as we get ready to welcome the latest bunch of celebrities to the dance floor, the BBC have now released the official sparkling Strictly Come Dancing snaps.
Covered head to toe in sparkles – we expect nothing less from the glitzy show – the likes of Capital DJ Vick Hope, broadcaster Kate Silverton and Paralympian Lauren Steadman look right at home in their incredible outfits.
While journalist Stacey Dooley, campaigner Katie Piper, presenter Susannah Constantine and Steps star Faye Tozer have also glammed up for their shots.
But it’s not just the ladies who are all dressed up for the pics, as This Morning’s Dr Ranj, comedian Seann Walsh, YouTuber Joe Sugg and actor Danny John-Jules look dapper in their ballroom suits.
And Blue singer Lee Ryan, cricketer Graeme Swann and actor Charles Venn complete the line up in their sparkly latin numbers.
The pics come ahead of the dazzling launch show which is due to be aired this Saturday evening.
Filmed last week, viewers will finally get to see which professional dancers the celebrities have been paired up with before they all take to the floor for the first group dance.
Meanwhile, this year’s series is also set to see some big changes as for the first time the professionals will be partnering up in same-sex couples for a few group routines.
AJ Pritchard confirmed the news on Monday, revealing that he’s already started rehearsing with fellow pro dancer Gorka Marquez.
“It had a paso doble/Argentine tango feel and we were technically dancing it together as a partnership,” he told Attitude magazine.
“The strength of having two males dancing — or two females — is unrivalled. I’m dancing with Gorka, we’re doing lifts, we’re doing a concept that’s not been done on the show before.” How exciting is that?
The BBC also confirmed the news, with a spokesperson revealing, “This is not unprecedented, every week some of the world’s top choreographers create stunning routines that showcase the skills of our pro dancers.
“They can cast and direct the dances however they think best tells the story.”
Right, is it Saturday yet?
