As Prince William and Kate Middleton prepare to welcome their third baby, speculation is rife over when we can expect to meet the new royal.
And as the whole nation gets more and more excited, now the Prince has given away some new details about the due date while knighting Ringo Star on Tuesday.
Speaking about his trip to the Palace, the former Beatles star revealed that Prince William told him the Duchess was going to give birth “any minute now”. Which means we could meet their little one in the next few weeks!
While there’s no word for sure when Kate is expected to give birth, it has been suggested that the 36-year-old will welcome her baby on 23 April – St George’s Day.
An insider recently told the Sun: “There’s no certainty with due dates, of course, but the Duchess is working off a date around St George’s Day, and it would be a lovely patriotic coincidence if he or she were born then.
“Or if she’s very late, as she was with George’s birth, she could even make it a very special wedding anniversary present to William, as they celebrate seven years of marriage on 29 April.”
This comes after heavily pregnant Kate attended a parade of the Irish Guards at Hounslow for St. Patrick’s Day last week.
In what will be her final royal engagement before the birth, Kate dressed her baby bump in a Catherine Walker coat with a fur collar and matching cuffs.
The Duchess also wore a simple pair of black heels and a Gina Foster hat, which she previously wore for St Patrick’s Day in 2014.
Kate and Wills also managed to escape the cold weather when they attended the Guardsman’s Lunch and the Duke of Cambridge indulged in a pint of Guinness – while Kate was sure to stick to water.
