Mum-of-one Sue – who shares son Elliott with ex husband James – is now believed to be following a Mediterranean style diet and keeps healthy with regular bike rides and a generally active lifestyle.

A source previously told us at Woman Magazine, “Sue was always a self-confessed foodie, who admitted that over-indulgence was her Achilles Heel. Now everything’s changed.

“Sue’s in her mid 50s so it was a no brainer that cutting down on certain things was what she had to do.

“She’s in this for the long game and wants to live a long, happy and healthy life.

“Losing the weight and keeping it off was not only important for Sue, but also the men in her life – her partner and son Elliot.”

This comes after Sue had to be rushed to hospital for treatment after collapsing on set at Coronation Street due to her diabetes back in 2011.

Our source continued, “It’s no secret that Sue needs to be careful about what she eats due to her medical condition, and she also knows that her health is directly linked to her weight.”

So, let’s take a look at Sue’s incredible transformation!
