From diets, gym and dance classes, we look at who did what to get beach body ready and we must admit these ladies like Lorraine Kelly, all look great, but what’s their secret?


She lost two stone on a LighterLife diet, but Denise also likes to stay active. The 59-year-old admits she loves jogging. ‘If I can just jog along in my little way and not be as out of breath as 
I was a year before then that’s all good,’ she confessed.


There’s no denying that Amanda, 47, looks far younger than her years. But how does she do it? The BGT judge mixes cycling, yoga and The Viking Method, a variety of exercises including squats and boxing.


The Loose Women panellist’s secret weapons include body pump classes, walking and golf. ‘Swinging the club is brilliant for bingo wings,’ she confessed.

The presenter is looking better than ever since finding a workout she loves. Lorraine, 58, discovered fitness expert Maxine Jones’ dance classes, which she praises for her waist, toned arms and high energy levels. No wonder she’s so happy in a two-piece!


She’s got abs of steel at 40 
and is looking more fabulous 
as the years go by. The star has revealed her secret is high-intensity and fast workouts 
– looks like it’s working to us!

The mum-of-two stunned fans recently when she showed off her seriously toned physique while enjoying a holiday with her family. Geri puts her great body down to yoga, with the 45-year-old admitting, ‘I do a gentle amount of yoga.’ And, after seeing her strike a pose on the beach, we’re super impressed!
