Stock up on sorbet and to make these super easy and super delicious prosecco slushies!
Perfect for summer parties or BBQs or just when you fancy a cooling summer treat, all you need is a bottle of prosecco, some fruity sorbet and some fresh fruit to garnish your drink. It’s the perfect grown up girlie treat and ready in just a few minutes… Try it out at home tonight!
HOW TO MAKE IT
500ml tub of strawberry, mango and lime sorbets, 1 bottle of chilled prosecco, the juice of 1 lemon, 6tbsp granulated sugar, 2 strawberries, 2 lime wedges, 6 sprigs of mint
- Pour 1 tub sorbet into a blender, with 1/3 prosecco, then blitz together until combined into a smooth mixture.
- Pour the lemon juice into a saucer and combine with the sugar.
- Individually dip the glasses into the sugar to frost the rim.
- Pour the prosecco slushie in to the glass. Cut the fruits and arrange on the side of the glass to decorate. Repeat with the other sorbet flavours.
