While we would all love to have a sun-kissed, Jennifer Aniston-style glow all year round, in reality exposing your face to the sun is a fast-track to wrinkles, pigmentation and age spots. Not such a good look.
Rather than end up looking like a leather handbag, pop on your daily SPF and fake it using these glow-enhancing make-up tools.
All you’ll need is an instant tan of your choice (we used Clinique’s brilliant Sun-kissed Face Gelee, £23 from Boots), a foundation brush, blusher brush and highlighting bronzer. The key to this technique is using a light and natural looking instant tan, so you can build up the colour gradually by blending in circular motions with a foundation brush.
Applying the product into the contours of your face will also enhance your cheekbones and slim your face, making it a super flattering make-up look. We believe less is more when it comes to contouring, so apply products lightly for a radiant and understated glow.
