Crunchie Munchie Cake

If you haven’t watched our Crunchie Munchie Cake video – where have you been?! Over 3 million people have watched it online now and it’s kind of a big thing!
Not only is it REALLY chocolately but it’s also no bake – that’s right, it’s so easy you just put everything together and set it in the fridge!
It doesn’t get much better than this cake – Mars Bar, Bounty, Crunchy and Twix stacked up together in this super- speedy mega chocolate bar! Make it in just 15 minutes (although you will have to wait for it to chill enough to set and slice!)
What you need:
200g milk chocolate, broken into squares
125g margarine (we used Stork)
3tbsp golden syrup
100g digestive biscuits
2 Mars bars
1 Bounty bar (containing 2)
2 mini Crunchie
1 Twix
For the topping:
1 Mars bar, sliced
2tbsp double cream
2 mini Crunchie, sliced
What you need to do:
1 Put the chocolate into a micro-proof bowl, with the margarine. Measure in the golden syrup.
2 Melt in the microwave for 2 mins.
3 Whizz biscuits in a blender to crush. (or put into a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin).
4 Stir the biscuits into the chocolate.
5 Put a paper loaf tin liner in tin.
6 Arrange Mars and Bounty in the base of tin.
5 Pour over half the chocolate mixture.
6 Top with Crunchie and Twix.
7 Pour on the remaining chocolate mixture.
8 Freeze for 30 mins or chill for 1 hour.
9 Melt Mars and cream together (in microwave or on hob).
10 Upturn onto serving plate, drizzle with Mars Bar Sauce and scatter with Crunchie.
