Ex-dancer Jennifer Ellison has wowed fans with her dramatic 3st weight loss. Jennifer, 34, who trained with hubby boxer Robbie Tickle, ditched her eight-cans-of-Coke a day habit while appearing on ITV’s Sugar Free Farm.
She confessed she wanted to be in the best of health for her sons, Bobby, seven, Harry, four, and Charlie, three. “In order to be a good mum, you have to look after yourself. With me it was self neglect, everything is about the boys,” Jen declared.
The star’s personal trainer Tony Swift has also spilled the beans on how the former Brookside actress achieved her newly svelte figure.
Tony told the Liverpool Echo: “We train five times a week and do a mix of high intensity interval training, strength and power workouts, which is for weight loss and toning.
“Every single work out if different every day. You have always got to keep the body guessing.
“We do weight lifting, ball slams, burps, planks, abs – it is an all over body workout.”
