The rise of the supper club as an alternative dining experience has seen living rooms, antique shops and even abandoned buildings acting as pop-up restaurants and warmly welcoming guests to sample some home-cooked food. But London pair Jess and Meg are offering more than just incredible dishes, as the money raised from their events will go towards helping young people in Palestine. Their latest venture is a 5-course vegan Middle Eastern extravaganza at the South Pole Saloon on Brixton Rooftop. Co-owner Jess Howe said: “We really believe in the food we make and the causes we donate to. All dishes are made from scratch using Palestinian ingredients where possible to support growers in Palestine. We’re determined to get vegan Palestinian food on London’s pop-up map.” Delicious food and views – we’re in. Book your tickets here.

Set to become the next cult sleep product, people are raving about Lush’s Twilight body spray. It includes a blend of lavender and tonka, which will help install a sense of calm. Although it has been available in the UK for sometime, our friends in America are new to the party and it seems suddenly everyone is talking about it. Spray it on your body and perhaps a spritz or two around your room and perhaps you’ll have a better snooze! Buy it here
