The Spa: Set in gorgeous grounds with two golf courses, three swimming pools and a stunning 5km walk, this the perfect spot to combine relaxation combined with some heart-pumping exercise.

The spa: If you want to get away from it all, head to this idyllic spa. Housed in a Grade II listed textile mill that dates back to 1911, you can still find original features among its seriously sleek modern design.

The Spa: It might be small but the treatments in this spa are certainly mighty. With only three rooms it’s housed in the basement of the London Hilton on Park Lane and offers a range of treatments, from full massages to manicures.
The Treatment: Book in for a Deep Tissue Massage (1 hour) with Ewelyna. Ask for firm pressure and she’ll work away at all the knots and tightness in your tension zones, leaving you feeling slightly pummeled but looser and limber.
