Joe uses HIIT training to help his followers burn fat. It involves short 20-40 second bursts of exercise followed by a 30-40 second recovery. If you repeat regularly for 15-20minutes you can wave bye bye to body fat!
Try the following:
1. High Knees – Like jogging on the spot but lift your knees as high as you can for 20 seconds, then rest.
2. Mountain climbers – Start on all fours with your hands planted in front of you, palms forward, now push one knee up to the chest, pumping hard, and repeat with the other knee, working for 20 seconds and resting for 40.
3. Burpees – Lay on the floor then use your arms to push yourself up and jump just a few centimetres off the floor, arms high then go back to first position. Repeat for 20 seconds, then rest for 40.
Repeat the circuit four-five times of for 15-20 minutes.
