What she lost: Dawn started losing weight last year and has slowly and steadily shifted seven and a half stone.
How she did it: The famous chocolate lover has been eating more healthily – banning the beautiful brown stuff from her house, as well as cutting out carbs including bread, pasta and potato. She’s also enjoying walking her dog in the countryside near her Cornish home.
Dawn says: ‘I was about a stone heavier than I wanted to be, but now I’ve actually gone to all this effort to lose the weight, I might as well keep it up.’
