This tasty chicken miso soup has just the right amount of warming spice! A diet dream, low cal yet satisfying!
Total time: 25 mins
- 2x miso soup sachets (we used Clearspring)
- 1 uncooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 tsp of freshly grated ginger
- Dash of tamari sauce
- 1/4 savoy cabbage, finely shredded
- 8 shiitake mushroom
1 Pour 600ml boiling water into a saucepan and whisk in the miso paste.
2 Add the chicken, garlic, ginger, mushrooms and soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
3 Stir in the cabbage, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
Food ed tip You’ll find miso soup paste amongst the oriental or Japanese ingredients in the supermarket.
