6tbsp sweetcorn relish
1Ž4 cucumber, chopped
1 red pepper, deseded and chopped
1 celery stick, chopped
6 finger rolls
1Ž4 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
1 Bring a pan of water to the boil, add frankfurters and cook for 5 mins to warm through.
2 Put the sweetcorn relish into a bowl, add the cucumber, pepper and celery and stir to combine.
3 Split the finger rolls, pile in some iceberg lettuce.
4 Drain frankfurters, put into rolls and top with sweetcorn relish.
