You only need a handful of ingredients to make this silky smooth indulgent easy creamy dessert recipe. Topped with a wicked sticky caramel sauce with a pinch of salt – perfect to impress your friends. Vary the fruit according to what you have – bananas would make a good combo too.
750ml whipping cream
4tbsp golden caster sugar
3tbsp Southern Comfort
150ml Caramel sauce
pinch sea salt
fruit to serve
1 Put the sheets of gelatine in cold water for a few mins to soften. Gently heat the cream, sugar, southern comfort and sugar until it dissolves.
2 Add the gelatine and stir to dissolve. Pour the mixture into 6 ramekins or moulds.
3 Chill for a few hours to firm up.
4 Run a knife around each panna cotta and invert on to plates. Warm the caramel sauce with the salt, drizzle over and serve with the fruit.
