300g plain chocolate, broken into squares

75g butter

5tbsp golden syrup

125g marshmallows, cut into pieces

150g shortbread biscuits, roughly crushed

150g milk chocolate, broken into squares


1 Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment. Put the chocolate, butter and syrup into a heatproof bowl resting over a pan of simmering water and heat until melted. Remove from the heat and cool for 5 mins.

2 Stir the marshmallows, shortbread biscuits and milk chocolate into the plain chocolate. Tip into the prepared tin, cool then chill. Cut into squares, to serve.
