A Taste Of GreeceChunky and refreshing, our Greek salad hits all the right spots. It’s perfect served alone, or also with our meze platter or beef stifado.




1 small red onion, halved and sliced

6 vine tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 cucumber, halved lengthways, deseeded and chopped

75g pitted black olives, halved

3tbsp olive oil, plus extra to drizzle

Juice of 1 lemon

1tbsp chopped fresh oregano plus extra leaves to garnish

Black pepper

400g feta cheese, cut into thick slices


1. Place the onion, tomatoes, cucumber and black olives in a bowl. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and season with black pepper. Toss to mix and coat in the dressing.

2. Lay the slices of feta on top, drizzle with olive oil and scatter with oregano leaves.
