The ultimate secret to getting your body back in shape after pregnancy according to the stunning TV star. It’s Emma Willis gym secrets revealed…
Celebrity Big Brother presenter Emma Willis looked better than ever when she launched the new season of the show earlier this week.
Wearing an eye-catching orange dress by designer Rebecca Vallance, the mother-of-three showed off her slender figure on stage, winning praise from fans for her trim and toned appearance.
The 41-year-old gave birth to her third child, Trixie, in May 2016. In order to get back into shape after baby number thee, Emma insists that her focus has been on being as healthy as possible. The proud mum believes in being ‘strong’ – not ‘skinny’.
So, how does she stay so slim? Well, the bust mum has admitted that she’s found it harder to stay in shape as she’s got older. But, thanks to a helping hand from a friend and a year of hard work, she’s managed to get back into shape.
“Yes, it was harder after the this one because I’m older. It wasn’t about losing weight, though – it was about strengthening my back again and getting fit so I can run around after three kids” Emma revealed to OK! Magazine.
“I’ll never be like how I was five years ago, but I wanted to make the best of myself as I am now. I’m only just getting there, so it’s probably taken a year.”
Emma is mum to daughter, Isabelle, eight, son, Ace six and new arrival Trixie, one. The TV star revealed that she fits in training sessions around her kids – before before and after giving birth!”
“The secret is training while you’re pregnant to get you in shape way before you give birth.
“Being 40 and pregnant with my third child, it’s no surprise that the cellulite on my legs got out of control. When even my mum noticed it, I knew I had to get a trainer.”
“I have been training a lot recently. A friend of ours is a trainer so he trains me.” Emma’s PT is ‘highly experienced physical trainer‘ Rob Solly. He claims to get his clients the, “best possible results” – which is clearly working for Emma!
“I do all over body workouts, HIIT classes, boxing and lots of leg and back work. I have a bit of a dodgy back so I’m trying my best to to keep it strong. Lots of squats and dead lifting.”
Although there are lots of Emma Willis gym pics on the star’s Instagram, she’s not let working out keep her indoors! The TV presenter has been making the most of the sun (when it shines) by taking her workouts outside too!
