One of the most important things to consider when looking at different methods of losing weight, is that all of us are different! 1. Upper body and tummy
One of the most common places in the world to struggle with your weight is your upper body! If you want to beat the bingo wings and lose weight from your back and tummy, then try cutting down your portion sizes and only eating sweet treats two or three times a week. It’s also important to try and exercise for at least 30 minutes five or six times a week – keep it up is key!

2. Muffin tops
