This is literally different fruits whizzed up with fat-free yogurt and honey. It couldn’t be easier – it’s the ideal show-stopping,no bake, party cake full of strawberries that everyone will love!
SERVES 12 – PREP 30 MINS – NO COOK
What you need:
2 bananas, peeled, sliced
2tsp lemon juice
500ml O% fat vanilla yogurt (we used Yeo Valley)
4tbsp runny honey
250g strawberries, hulled
Strawberries and blackberries, to serve
What you need to do:
Line a 900g loaf tin with cling film. Put the bananas in a blender with lemon juice, 4tbsp yogurt and 1tbsp honey, whiz until smooth. Put into a plastic tub in the freezer.
Blitz the strawberries in blender with 4tbsp yogurt and 1tbsp honey, whiz until smooth. Pour in the base of prepared tin and freeze.
Blitz the raspberries with 4tbsp yogurt and 1tbsp honey. Put in a plastic tub and freeze.
Blitz the blackberries with 4tbsp yogurt and 1tbsp honey until semi-blended. Put into a plastic tub and freeze.
Spoon the banana mixture on top of the icy strawberry layer , then spoon on the raspberry yogurt. Freeze for 30 min.
Spoon over blackberry layer and freeze for at least 4 hours. Turn out and decorate with berries.
