Roasted Cauliflower & Potato Balti
Serves 3-4 Ready in 25mins
Sharwood’s Balti Wrap Kit
1 medium cauliflower
1 red onion
2tbsp vegetable oil
1 Cut the cauliflower, potatoes and onion into small chunks.
2 In a bowl, sprinkle the spice blend and oil over the veg and mix until coated. Place the veg in a non- stick tray and roast in a pre-heated oven (200c, Gas 6) for 20 mins or until cooked.
3 Add the filling to the centre of a warm wrap and spoon over the Indian salsa.
4 Fold and roll the wraps, then eat!
