Why not treat yourselves to steak instead of chicken in your wraps tonight? They make a quick mid-week supper for all the family. 


2tbsp olive oil

1 red onion, sliced

400g sirloin steak, cut into strips

1 tbsp fajita seasoning mix

1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

1 yellow peppers, deseeded and cut into strips

8 flour tortillas

Sour cream,coriander and grated cheese and guacamole, to serve



1 Heat the oil in a large heavy based pan, add the onion, steak and fajita seasoning. Stir fry for 2 mins.

2 Add the peppers and cook for 2 more minutes until the steak is tender and the peppers charred.

3 Microwave the tortillas, according to pack instructions.

4 Top the tortillas with steak, onions and peppers, soured cream, coriander, cheese and guacamole.
