Victoria Beckham has been giving everyone a real peek into her private life recently. First she showed off the Beckhams’ unusual afternoon snack and then she shared a picture of husband David as we have never seen him before!
Now the fashionista has shared part of her morning routine with her 17 million followers on Instagram.
Victoria revealed that every morning she has two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach. Yes, you read that correctly – apple cider vinegar…
She even encouraged her followers to try the store cupboard staple for themselves, writing on the picture ‘be brave!’.

The brand Victoria opts for is available from Holland & Barrett for £6.99. Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with “the Mother” is raw, unfiltered, unpasteurised and gluten-free.
Although she didn’t offer any explanation for this, many have taken this routine to be part of her secret to staying slim.
Several celebrities including Jennifer Aniston swear-by apple cider vinegar but for most of us, it is nothing more than a way to jazz up your salad or vegetables.
There are some very small studies that have found that apple cider vinegar can blast your fat and boost your immune system. Other research has also shown that it can help lower your blood sugar.
However, it is very important to remember that often the sample sizes are tiny and sometimes they haven’t even been proven for humans – but rats or other animals!
So it is more likely to be all the exercise Victoria does that keeps her in shape.
In an interview with The Sunday Times she recently revealed: “I get up quite early, around 6am, and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I’ll then fit in another hour’s workout before I go to the office.”
