At the age of 53, actress Elizabeth Hurley has the age-defying physique of a 30-year-old.

So it’s no wonder the mum-of-one likes to show it off on Instagram, as she did on Monday with THIS sexy swimsuit snap.

Online users gushed over Liz’s incredible physique, with one simply saying, “What a body”.

Another said, “You always look amazing!”

Liz – who has 1 million followers on the social media site – joked that she was “test driving” samples from her beachwear range, Elizbaeth Hurley Beach Boutique.

Liz launched her own range back in 2005 and, at the time, said, “I decided to venture into beachwear not only because I’ve always been obsessed with vacation clothes, but also because it’s an area where women, regardless of shape or size, can either look amazing or really get it wrong.

“I wanted to develop resort collections which make women feel fabulous at any age.”

So how at the age of 53 does Liz maintain her enviable figure?

The model previously confessed that there’s no shortcut to looking as good as she does.

“You have to watch what you eat,” she said. “I don’t do all that green juice, I don’t do any of that… powders, I don’t really take vitamins.”

Instead, Liz’s methods are a lot more old-school and involve eating food as fresh as it comes.

“I have my own organic farm so eat only my own meat and vegetables. I buy everything else from a local farmer’s market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food,” she revealed.

You’ll also be pleased to hear that while the actress admits to being “extremely active” – you’ll rarely find her in the gym.

“I walk every day with my dogs and try to run—even though I hate running,” she one said. “ I love pilates and yoga but don’t do them regularly.

“I am extremely active, though, and don’t sit still for long. I rarely go for a walk without taking the Strimmer with me, and I do stomach and bottom exercises while I wait for the bath to fill.”

Now that’s something we can get on board with!
