She was crowned queen of the jungle last year and now Scarlett from Gogglebox is set to become a master matchmaker.
Looking for another fun dating show after the likes of Love Island and Blind Date? Lucky for you, Channel 4 have decided to reboot an absolute classic.
Streetmate first launched on Channel 4 in 1998 and was hosted by Davina McCall until 2001. It came back briefly in 2007 on ITV and was hosted by This Morning’s Holly Willoughby.

Davina took on the role of Streetmate host last year for a special episode for Stand Up To Cancer. But now, Scarlett Moffat will be playing cupid.
She will scour the streets across the UK and approach unsuspecting contestants before sending them off for an impromptu blind date.
The best news? There isn’t long to wait till the new series airs! It starts Monday 21 August at 5.30pm on Channel 4.
Scarlett received the news back in January, speaking about her new role she told Digital Spy: “I can’t believe Channel 4 have asked me to present this iconic show.”

The former Goggleboxer added: “I remember watching Davina on Streetmate when I was younger and thinking, ‘Females can present entertainment shows too. I want to do that when I’m older’. It’s such a fun show and it’s two of my favourite things to do, chat to randomers and a love story.”
