Chelsy Davy could be about to become Prince Harry’s girlfriend again after the pair reunited recently in Africa...
Chelsy Davy was Prince Harry’s girlfriend for six years before they split up in 2010 amid reports that Chelsy hated living her life in the public eye.
Since then, both have been in other relationships, but reports now state that Harry and newly single Chelsy are back in touch. The news broke after the Prince made a special trip to see the Zimbabwe-born beauty during his time over in Africa recently.
Rumors are rife that the exes are considering rekindling their royal romance, and a friend of Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy told The Sun, ‘Harry still holds a candle for her. Chelsy still has his heart. They saw each other recently. There’s still very much something between them’.
The young couple first met when they both attended the same boarding school, and were together for six years on-and-off before it was reported that the relationship broke down because Chelsy, now 29, didn’t like all the media attention. She admitted in 2011 after being invited to the wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William, that following in Kate’s footsteps was, “not a life for me”.
In a bid to win back Chelsy’s affection, Prince Harry is apparently planning to visit the former London lawyer again when he returns to South Africa and Lesotho in November.
It may be that with his 31st birthday round the corner, Prince Harry is finally thinking about settling down and committing seriously to a relationship. The former party loving Prince recently confessed, “I don’t think you can force these things, it will happen when it’s going to happen,” he said. “Of course, I would love to have kids right now, but there’s a process that one has to go through.”
