Taking the next step in any relationship is bound to add pressure, but when you become a member of the Royal Family overnight like Meghan Markle, it’s a whole lot tougher.
Woman can reveal that the former actress is feeling the strain as she adjusts to a new country, a new job and a new family.
“Meghan is slightly worried that if she puts one foot wrong, she not only has the royal family’s scrutiny, but also that of an entire nation,” our insider reveals.
Understandably, Meghan, 36, is bound to be feeling homesick since she has given up the life she knew – including her career – to be with Prince Harry. And despite being all smiles in her recent royal engagement alongside
fiancé Harry, 33, Meghan is feeling overwhelmed by her new role as a royal.
“It’s not exactly what Meghan expected. She always knew she would enjoy interacting with people – but she underestimated the immense public pressure,” our insider admits. “Their chilled honeymoon period is over – the real work has begun and she is beginning to doubt herself.”
If you ask us, Meghan looks like she’s doing just fine!
