With the NTAs right around the corner, Kate Garraway has made a pretty bold promise if Good Morning Britain wins.
GMB is nominated for the gong for Best Daytime Show going up against the likes of This Morning, Loose Women, The Jeremy Kyle Show and Sunday Brunch.
And now 51-year-old Kate has vowed to dye her hair bright orange if the show is voted to win.
Speaking on today’s instalment, Kate’s potential new do was mocked up on screen, giving her a short ginger bob.
“Oh no, I’m not doing that! Could I wear a wig?” she said, before co-host Ben Shephard joked, “When you say you’re not doing it, that could be your natural hair colour, we don’t know.”
“That could be my ten year challenge, you don’t know do you?” Kate added.
But Kate isn’t the only one who’s made a bizarre pledge if the morning telly show takes home the gong, as the star continued, “I’m going to dye my hair lurid GMB orange, Ben’s going to wear gold hot pants, Charlotte is getting something pierced or tattooed, Richard’s wearing a fur coat with no knickers.”
Weatherman Alex Beresford also chipped in, adding, “I’ll dye my beard GMB orange,”
Meanwhile, Susanna Reid also opened up about her vow to go on an ‘eight-hour bender’ following the NTAs.
“Susanna’s promised if we win to go on an eight-hour bender that night and present Good Morning Britain drunk,” Piers Morgan revealed on Loose Women earlier this week.
The 53-year-old then confessed his very own shock promise, adding, “It is going to be worth watching. Secondly, I have decided to offer to go vegan for a week, which I know will actually kill me. So if you vote for us, she will present the show drunk and I will die.”
Well, after Piers recently threw up into a bin after trying one bite of a vegan sausage roll, we can’t imagine that’s going to go very well…
