Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Clifton has undergone a dramatic style overhaul just days after her estranged husband Kevin won this year's show.
The professional dancer marked the end of the 2018 series with a brand new look, ditching her shoulder length locks for a shaved do.
Taking to Instagram, Karen unveiled her new short cut as she shared a cryptic message about embracing the real her.
She wrote:,”Never be afraid to make changes because of what people will think of you or because they won’t like it.
“Being happy with who you want to be is what matters.”
She added, “Chopped a bit of my hair to feel refreshed and to continue fine tuning the person I am. Just happy. Just me.”
She followed up with a video clip of her sitting in a hairdresser’s chair as she had her mane dyed honey blonde and the sides shaved off.
And fans couldn’t get enough of the dancer’s new look as they showered her with praise.
“So stunning,” one wrote.
“Wow – still gorgeous,” another said.
One fan even hinted at Karen making a big change in her life, sharing a quote from designer Coco Chanel, which read, ” A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life.”
The major transformation comes after Karen raised eyes brows when she rushed to congratulate her ex Kevin on his Strictly win at the weekend.
As Kevin and his celebrity dancer partner Stacey Dooley were presented with the glitter ball trophy, Karen made sure she was the first pro dancer to congratulate her ex who was in tears over his win.
The duo – who tied the knot in 2015 – could be seen embracing for quite a while before the other dancers and celebrities leapt to congratulate Kevin as well.
Days before the final, Kevin praised Stacey for helping him “fall in love” with dancing all over again after his split from Karen in March.
Speaking about his time on the show, he gushed, “I have absolutely loved it, I’ve really enjoyed this series.
“I was really hoping to get Stacey as my partner at the beginning because I was a super-fan of her documentaries so when she was announced on the show I was like, ‘please, please, please’ but I thought she would be quite serious because of the way she is in her documentaries.”
He added, “Then it turned out once we got in the training room that she’s really hyper a lot of time.
“She’s a massive idiot in a really lovely way and just as daft as I am and we have just had a great time.”
