Jeff Brazier has discussed what he believes will be the “most emotional” moment of his life – and of course, it involves his beloved sons, Freddie, 13, and Bobby, 14.
The reality star has revealed that he has asked his boys to be best men at his upcoming wedding to beau Katie Dwyer, and already expects that joining them at the alter will reduce him to tears, after all they’ve been through.
He also revealed that Freddie and Bobby are already getting prepared for the big day.
“They are so excited and have already been working on their speeches,” Jeff shared.
“It’s going to be the most emotional moment I’ve ever experienced.
“It will be a recognition of everything we’ve been through and how strong we are now.”
Jeff proposed to long-term girlfriend Katie in October of last year, and the pair plan to marry later this year.
The reality star became a single dad after Jady Goody’s untimely death in 2009. And since that time, Jeff has spoken often about how he and his sons have coped with the death of their mother.
In the interview with the Mirror, presenter and author Jeff also admitted that now being a father to two teenage boys hascome as somewhat of a shock.
“Their childhood is flashing before my eyes. I’m having to teach them things like how to cook and use the dishwasher,” he joked.
38-year-old Jeff also spoke about his life as Freddie and Bobby’s only parent – admitting that it usually requires him to operate on a strict timetable.
“I don’t see it as tougher, you just have to be more organised. It can be like a military option.”
Jeff hasn’t yet revealed the exact date of his upcoming nuptials, but has confessed that fiancee Katie is already well underway with organising the big day.
We can’t wait to see pictures of the happy couple!
