Holly Willoughby is currently looking better than ever.
The This Morning star is constantly rolling out a host of enviable fashion looks for her regular daytime presenting gig, and has credited a new exercise regime for her slimmed down figure.
But the mum-of-three recently shared a super-fun throwback picture which also proves that she basically hasn’t changed in 13 years!
On Instagram, she posted a snap of her and her former Fame Academy co-star, Jake Humphrey.
Fans will remember that the pair used to host the hit CBBC show back in 2002-2004 together. Holly shared a picture of the pair back in children’s presenting days, in 2004, alongside a snap of them spending the day together recently.
She captioned the pic “Having a real life throw back Thursday with @jakehumphreyofficial … 2004 vs today! ☺️”
And we can’t believe how similar Holly looks from then until now – and that she practically hasn’t aged a day!
And fans appear to agree! Hundreds of them flocked to Holly’s #throwback pick to voice how young the 36-year-old presenter still looks.
One wrote, “Still looking as good as ever 😊”, while another said, “Do you age?!!! 😍”
A third fan echoed, “@hollywilloughby do you even age ? Absolutely stunning xx”, while a fourth said, “You haven’t aged a DAY hols xx”.
Jake Humprey also clearly left the pair’s meeting thinking the same as the rest of us. He took to Twitter to post the same picture, alongside the caption, “Fun afternoon of with
@hollywills yesterday. ”
And he also exclaimed, “How has she not aged since 2004??”
So just how does she do it?
Well, according to The Sun, Holly has recently been turning to pilates to help keep her looking good as she gets older.
Reportedly, the director of Body Control Pilates, Lynne Robinson, said, “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.”
She also revealed that she’s recently come to rely on two simple things to help keep her skin looking good too – SPF and water.
Speaking to Marie Claire, Holly said, “I always take my make-up off at night before I go to bed and as I’ve gotten older I have come to appreciate SPF more. Even on a cloudy day in winter there’s still enough UV to damage your skin. So I wear SPF every single day.”
“I try to drink a lot of water and when I do I notice a huge difference in my skin. And sleep! I get what I can but Harry woke me up at 5.30 this morning. At the moment, my life is all about speed and saving time.”
