Victoria Beckham nearly broke the internet last year when she coined ‘The Victoria Beckham’ – a pose which involves casually cocking your leg in the air.

And now Amanda Holden has channelled her inner Posh Spice and followed suit – posting her own VB-inspired snap on Instagram.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge showcased her endless pins in a stunning purple gown and captioned the fun shot: “Had to do a @victoriabeckham in this #gorgeous #gown,” before she headed to the Classic Brit Awards.

It’s not the first time Amanda’s incredible body has made the headlines in the past few weeks, after the star confessed to never dieting.

“You have to enjoy life,” she admitted. “I eat everything. Drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet.”

So what is Amanda’s secret?

For the mum-of-two it’s about training for the most important parts of the year, which for her, is Britain’s Got Talent season.

Just weeks before the live semi-finals Amanda took herself to a fitness bootcamp in Portugal – where she took part in ten hours of challenging exercise a week – to prepare for the highly-anticipated shows. And, she littered her Instagram with hot training snaps while she was there.

“There are an awful lot of people who watch BGT [more than 8 million last year] so I want to look the best I can,” she confessed. ‘Alesha Dixon is the same. BGT is like going into the boxing ring. You train for it. You look your best for it and then you do the rounds.”

Amanda also is veggie which she credits to helping her look so good.

“I’m a vegetarian, so for me it’s lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing,” she adds. “It’s really good for your mindset, rather like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in.”

Whatever you’re doing is working, Amanda!
