Our informative, practical approach means we give honest reviews of the products you want to (or need to!) know about. But we also answer the health and beauty questions that play on your mind. Dieting and weight loss is important to you, so it’s important to us, too. Here you’ll find practical, thoroughly researched features, presented in a no-nonsense way that will help you shed pounds the healthy way. We talk candidly about anti-ageing beauty treatments and what does (and doesn’t) work too.

Caitlin is a Digital Writer covering celebrity news stories for CelebsNow.co.uk and Womanmagazine.co.uk.
Having set her sights on becoming a magazine journalist when she was a child, she undertook a degree in Multimedia Journalism. During her studies she enjoyed various interning stints at a range of titles including Reveal, Cosmopolitan, Take a Break and CelebsNow.
Two years after her internship at CelebsNow, she returned in 2019 to join the CelebsNow and Woman team for her first full time job in the industry.
Lauren is senior content editor covering inspiring and informative features for women. Lauren graduated from her masters in magazine journalism in 2011, quickly making the transition over to digital. Prior to working at TI, she worked in local media in Sheffield, before moving to London and interning at media companies such as the Press Association, Shortlist Media and Hearst.
After landing her first ever freelance feature for Cosmopolitan magazine, Lauren began writing for titles like Stylist, the Guardian and msn.com, before joining the team at Woman’s Own as a lifestyle assistant six years ago. When she’s not working, Lauren enjoys nothing more than jumping on the first train out of London and exploring its neighbouring towns and villages.
Amy joined the magazine’s features team back in 2015 after graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2015, before heading over to the digital team back in December 2016. Since then, she’s become an expert in the topics mid-life women want to know about.
Amy’s the go-to royal expert on the brands, with a particular soft spot for Meghan Markle – and her great M&S fashion buys. As well as the royals, Amy covers fashion, beauty, health and travel and loves finding out about the latest lifestyle trends.
On the weekend, you’ll most likely find Amy with a cup of tea in hand enjoying a new Netflix series – no Line of Duty spoilers please!
This is Sibelle’s first job since completing her MA in Magazine Journalism at City, University of London in the summer of 2019. Before joining GoodtoKnow, I previously interned at a number of national titles including OK!, Heat, Closer, Mother & Baby and The Times Newspaper magazine.
At the weekend you’ll find Sibelle on Oxford Street, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, or sipping gin cocktails at a music concert – because nothing beats live music!
