We know what’s it like, you want to keep in shape, but sometimes you don’t have time to hit the gym and when it’s raining and freezing cold outside, the last thing you want to do is lace up trainers and head outdoors. Well don’t worry we have created a workout just for you, which means you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own sitting room. Welcome to The 10 minute at home workout for bums and tums.

All you need is your workout gear and a sofa (well everyone has that don’t they?) and just 10 minutes to spare. Yes, that’s right, just 10 minutes is enough time to get you ramping up your heart rate and get those muscles working hard. And as it’s a high intensity 10-minute blast, you’ll be blasting away those calories in no time.

We’ve included bum-tapping squats, bulgarian split squats (they sound harder than they are), triceps dips, toe taps and planks with knee raises (get ready to work your core). Each of these will target a different area so you full all-over body workout.
