TV’s Lorraine Kelly credits one thing for her amazing figure (and dropping two dress sizes!) – her dance workouts with Maxine Jones. It all began when Lorraine signed up to a £5 dance exercise class and she hasn’t looked back! Seeing Lorraine’s trim body, we want in. Luckily for us, her instructor Maxine is on hand to show us the four key moves that will see results fast. Even better? They’re fun too.

First up is the waist whittler, which works your obliques to target the muscles down your sides to tone up that waistline. The tum tightener is a brilliant way to work your abs – and much better than a sit-up! The thigh firmer does exactly what it says on the tin by making sure you feel the burn in your legs and what dance class could be complete without ‘The Beyonce’? Get ready to shake it!
