Perfect for summer parties or BBQs or just when you fancy a cooling summer treat, all you need is a bottle of prosecco, some fruity sorbet and some fresh fruit to garnish your drink. It’s the perfect grown up girlie treat and ready in just a few minutes… Try it out at home tonight!

HOW TO MAKE IT

INGREDIENTS

500ml tub of strawberry, mango and lime sorbets, 1 bottle of chilled prosecco, the juice of 1 lemon, 6tbsp granulated sugar, 2 strawberries, 2 lime wedges, 6 sprigs of mint

  1. Pour 1 tub sorbet into a blender, with 1/3 prosecco, then blitz together until combined into a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour the lemon juice into a saucer and combine with the sugar.
  3. Individually dip the glasses into the sugar to frost the rim.
  4. Pour the prosecco slushie in to the glass. Cut the fruits and arrange on the side of the glass to decorate. Repeat with the other sorbet flavours.
