Turn on some relaxing music, pour yourself a cold glass of water and try this relaxing anti-ageing facial that will rejuvenate your skin and roll back the years!

Use whichever products you feel most comfortable with to treat your skin – this anti-ageing facial is all about the technique rather than fancy lotions and potions. Our golden rule is to go as natural as possible with your products – your skin will thank you for it!

1. Prepare

Wash your hands and place a warm towel around your hair and one on your lap for any excess product. Find a comfortable position in front of a mirror take a few deep breaths. Next, pour three drops of facial oil into your hands and rub your palms together. Place your palms over your forehead and cheeks applying a light pressure.

2. Cleanse

Apply cleanser to your fingertips and massage into the skin with small, circular movements, paying attention to the chin, forehead and around the nose. Start with under the jaw and work upwards towards the eye area.

3. Tone

Apply a cooling toner to 2 cotton wool pad in each hand, sweep the toner over your jaw, across the chin, up your cheeks and across your forehead. Leave the toner to sink in for a few minutes.

4. Exfoliate

Apply an exfoliating face polish and massage into the skin using small circular movements. Remove it with warm water and a muslin cloth or flannel.

5. Apply a mask

Apply your mask starting at the jaw and moving up to the forehead, keeping your eyes free from product. Leave on for 15 minutes, patting an eye cream or gel around the eye area. Soak two cotton wool pads in cold water and apply over your eyelids. Rinse the mask off with cool water.

6. Massage

Apply a few drops of hydrating facial oil to your skin and give yourself a DIY massage. See our how-to guide here.

7. Rehydrate

Finish by applying your favourite moisturizer from the neck upwards and drinking a large glass of water. Glowing skin guaranteed!
