Joe Wicks posted his first every #Leanin15 video on Instagram in early 2014, Joe Wicks, personal trainer and nutrition advisor never imagined it would lead to him writing a best-selling book. It all started with a bit of fun in his kitchen with the idea of sharing simple recipes to help people get lean. All of the meals were ready in 15 minutes and the clips were only 15 seconds long. In just a few months hundreds of thousands of people all over the world were following him which led to Joe starting-up his 90-Day Shift, Shape and Sustain on-line nutrition and training plan.
