Adele stunned on the red carpet at the 2016 Grammy Awards wearing a striking Givenchy gown. Not only was the elegant dress a beautiful choice for the occasion, it also showed off her incredible 50 pound weight loss.

The Hello singer first appeared on the music scene in 2006 and since then has undergone a complete style transformation.

So whats her secret? Well, it’s quite simple really.

The singer just cut out her morning brew!

‘I used to drink ten cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day,’ she told the Sun.

‘Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever.’

Now while we do love a brew, Adele’s dramatic weight loss has made us rethink our love affair with PG tips…

When it comes to exercise, the singer is a woman after our own hearts.

‘I’m not, like, skipping to the f****** gym,’ she said.

‘I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror.’

The singer recently posted this snap of herself tackling the weights at her local gym.

Don’t worry Adele, we TOTALLY know the feeling! At least it makes a refreshing change from perfectly posed gym selfies where they don’t even look like they’ve broken a sweat…

Of course, there are some other good habits that Adele has developed in order to shift the pounds.

The singer completely cut out eating her favourite take away, curry, on tour

She is also said to have been following a clean eating plan, filling up on fruit, veg, protein and complex carbs, while drinking plenty of water. With the occasional treat, of course!

Clearly it’s working… Adele is looking incredible!
