A simple marinade of yogurt and curry paste makes lamb chops extra special. They’re easy to cook on the barbecue or under the grill.

SERVES 4 – PREP 5 MINS PLUS MARINATING – COOK 15 MINS

100ml plain yogurt

4tbsp tikka masala paste, for example Patak’s

2tbsp sunflower oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

8 lamb chops

2tbsp coriander, chopped

Potato salad, to serve

 

 

 

 

1 Mix together together the yogurt, tikka paste, oil and garlic in a shallow container.

2 Add the lamb chops and turn to coat . Cover and chill whilst heating the grill or barbecue until hot, cook the chops for about 15 mins, turning as needed. Serve with potato salad.
