Liven up a selection of flavoured sausages with a sticky  honey mustard coatings– serve with rolls for posh DIY hot dogs.

SERVES 10  – PREP 5 MINS – COOK 35 MINS

Honey mustard glaze:

4tbsp runny honey

4tbsp wholegrain mustard

3 x 500g packs sausages (we like pork and apple and pork and sweet chilli) or  pork chipolatas wrapped in bacon,

1 Heat the oven to 190°C, Gas 5.  Put the sausages into a couple of roasting tins, roast for 15 mins

2 Mix together the honey and mustard in a bowl

3 Turn the sausages and brush the glaze over the sausages

4 Roast the sausages for 25 mins until brown and cooked through.

TRY IT. Serve the sausages on a tiered cake stand, lined with bay leaves to make the bangers look better!
