Smoked salmon blinisSERVES 8 PREP 10 mins

2 x 135g packs blinis

200g half-fat crème fraiche

1tbsp horseradish sauce

200g smoked salmon

100g pot lumpfish roe

 

1 Warm the blinis in the microwave for 20 seconds on high or wrap in foil and warm in a hot oven for 3 mins.

2 Mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish and season.

3 Place the blinis on a platter and top each one with a dollop of crème fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and ½ teaspoon of lumpfish roe.
