Food editor Felicity has discovered this new fab way of making thin and crispy homemade pizzas in just 30 minutes – with the help of pizza dough in a can! Vary the toppings according to what you have in the fridge.

SERVES 4 – PREP 10 MINS – COOK 20 MINS

speedy pizza1 x 545g packet 2 thin crust pizza bases & tomato sauce (we used jus-rol)

290g jar flame roasted red peppers, drained, quartered

83g, 7 slices Parma ham

4 garlic cloves, sliced

1 tbsp marjoram leaves or 1tsp dried

1tbsp olive oil

 

 

 

 

1 Heat the oven 220C, Gas 8. Open up the cans of dough, unroll and put onto 2 greased baking trays. Spoon over the tomato sauce, leaving a border around the edge.

2 Put the peppers and Parma ham on top, then scatter with the garlic and marjoram. Season with salt and ground black pepper and drizzle over the olive oil.

3 Bake for 20 mins until the bases are crisp.

Per serving: 523 cals, 12g fat, (1.5g saturated), 85g carbs

Tip: Top each pizza with 2tbsp grated cheese, if you like too.
