6 sausages

125g batter mix

1 egg

400g prepared roasted vegetable mix

What to do:

1 Heat the oven to 200C, Gas 7.

2 Put sausages in a roasting tin and cook for 5 mins.

3 Meanwhile, put 125g batter mix into a bowl, add 1 egg and 200ml water. Whisk together until smooth.

4 Add the vegetables to the roasting tin.

5 Pour over the batter and bake for 25 mins, until the sausages and Yorkshire pud are golden.
