Look out for steak on special offer.  It makes a luxurious alternative to plain burgers.

SERVES 4 – PREP 5 MINS – COOK 6 MINS

4 sirloin steaks

8 tbsp mustard mayonnaise

4 half ciabatta rolls, split

1 beef tomato, sliced

Handful of rocket

 

 

 

 

 

1. Heat a griddle pan until very hot.  Season the steaks and cook on the griddle for 3 mins; turn steaks and cook for another 3 mins, then put on a plate to rest.

2. Spread the mustard mayonnaise on to the bottom half of the ciabatta rolls.

3. Top with the steak, tomato slice and rocket.

Per serving: 628 cals, 32g fat (7g saturated), 39g carbs
