100g frozen prawns
100g frozen peas
200g jar of lemon hollandaise sauce
2 haddock fillets
450g prepared mash
1.Put 100g frozen prawns into an ovenproof pie dish with 100g frozen peas. Stir in a 200g jar of lemon hollandaise sauce.
2. Stir to mix, then add 2 leftover haddock fillets, gently flaked into pieces. Top with 450g prepared mash.
3. Bake at 200°C, Gas Mark 6 for 20 mins until piping hot.
