SERVES 6 – PREP 10 MINS – COOK 10 MINS

2 x 310g ready to top pizza crusts

200g carton passata

2 garlic cloves, chopped

250g mini mozzarella, drained and halved

285g artichoke antipasto, drained

90g Parma ham

12 sunblush tomatoes, drained

16 basil leaves

2tbsp olive oil

1. Heat over to 230c, Gas 8.  Spead half the passata over each pizza base and spinkle over the garlic.
2. Scatter over the mozzarealla and artichokes, then top with the parma hamd, tomatoes and basil leasves.
3. Season with black pepper and drizzle over olive oil. Bake for 10 mins until pale golden.

Per serving: 553 cals, 26g fat (8g saturated), 62g carbs.
