250g (10oz) frozen mixed berries (such as cranberries, raspberries, blackberries)

75g (2½oz) golden caster sugar

500g pot Greek yogurt

 

 

 

1Put the berries into a food processor with the sugar and blend together until smooth.

2 Add the Greek yogurt and cranberry sauce and blend again

3 Serve immediately as a soft whip ice cream – or pop into a freezerproof container for a couple of hours and scoop out to serve.
