Spring is well and truly on its way and Easter is just around the corner, but while we absolutely love this time of year, it has a tendency to wreck havoc on our waistlines… All that chocolate does add up!

So we have put together this handy guide so that you can still indulge in your favourite Easter treats, guilt free. Because it wouldn’t be Easter without a bit of chocolate after all! Just make sure you stick to our mini treats, rather than gorging on huge, calorific chocolate eggs.

Everything in moderation… that’s our motto! And a chocolate treat is no big deal as long as you’re careful what you eat for the rest of the day. Balance your treats with a low carb, high fibre diet and plenty of water to help flush out toxins and regulate your metabolism. We recommend you do at least 20 minutes exercise a day if you’re wanting to shift the pounds, even if it’s just a brisk walk as part of your daily commute, or a quick jog in the morning.

All these indulgent treats are under 200 cals, with our lowest cal treat coming in at just 57 calories! And you can always burn off any extra calories during a hard core Easter egg hunt after all…
