This low carb smoothie recipe is full of goodness but won’t break the diet! Perfect as breakfast, a snack or a post workout treat, we love this tasty nut and mango smoothie.

Serves 1

What you need:

125g sliced mango
2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
handful of ice cubes
handful of raspberries
2 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 scoop (30g) vanilla or strawberry protein powder
100ml almond milk

What you need to do:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
